= r^2 = 196

Width = 14 cm

length = 2 x width

Perimeter of the figure ( outer part )
= 2 x L + (2 x pi x r )
= (2 x 28 )+ (2 x 3.14 x 14)
= 56+87.92
= 143.92 or approx =144 cm
