Step-by-step explanation:

Area of garden( semi circle) =( pi * r*r) /2 = 308

= r *r = (308 x 2 x 7) / 22

= r^2 = 196

= r = 14 cm

Here r is the width of the rectangle

Width = 14 cm

Given that

length = 2 x width

Length = 2 x 14 = 28

Perimeter of the figure ( outer part )

= 2 x L + (2 x pi x r )

= (2 x 28 )+ (2 x 3.14 x 14)

= 56+87.92

= 143.92 or approx =144 cm
