length of rectangular hall = 20m 16cm =2000+16 =2016

breadth of rectangular hall = 15m 60cm=1500+60=1560

area=l×b

=2016×1560

=3,144,960cm^2

perimeter=2(l+b)

=2(2016+1560)

=2×3576

=7152cm
