                    =70*60
                    =4200
ar(2 roads)=ar(1road+another road -central square junction)
                  =70*4+60*4-4*4
                  =280+240-16
                  =504
ar(gravelling)=ar(rectangle-roads)
                    =4200-504
                    =3696
3696*5.50=cost
              =20328
