a rectangular lawn 80m ×60m has two roads each 10m wide running in the middle of it,one parallel to the length and other parallel to the breadth. find the cost of gravelling them at Rs. 20 per square metre

Steps:-
1) 80×10
=800m²
2)60×10
=600m²
3)10×10
=100m²
4)800+600-100
=1300m²
Now,cost of gravelling roads
=1300×20
=Rs 26000m²
