area by grass=18×14-2.5²

Area of rectangular field=18*14=252 sq m
Area of flower bed=2.5*2.5=6.25 sq m
Area covered with grass=(252-6.25) sq m=245.75 sq m
Area of flower bed=2.5*2.5=6.25 sq m
