length and breadth of the road parallel to length=
length=20m
breadth=2m
length and breadth of the road parallel to breadth=
length=30-2=28÷2=14m each side
breadth=2m
area of the road parallel to length=l×b
=20×2=40sqm
area of the road parallel to breadth=l×b
=(14×2)+(14×2)
=28+28
=56sqm
area of the roads=40+56=96sqm
length=20m
breadth=2m

FOR FINDING THE AREA OF ROADS
YOU MUST FIRST FIND THE
AREA OF LAWN
= (30×20)m^2
THEN U MUST SUBSTRACT THE LENGTH AND BREADTH AS PER THE GIVEN CONDITION
THEN FIND THE
AREA OF INNER SQUARE
= (26×16)m^2
$o REQ .
AREA OF ROADS =
AREA OF LAWN - AREA OF SQUARE FORMED
ie [(30×20)-(26×12)]m^2
HOPE SONIT HELPS..
