The cost of constructing the roads is Rs. 35625. The length of the rectangular lawn is given as 60m and breadth is given as 40m.

Anonymous: Kindly do some corrections- Area of rectangle 1= 60m×5m = 300m2 Area of rectangle2= 40m×5m= 200m2 Area of rectangle3= 5m×5m=25m2 Area of roads= [300m2 + 200m2]-25m2 = 500m2 - 25m =475 m2 Cost= 475 m2 × Rs.80= Rs. 38000.
