First , the area of the rectangular lawn

$= length \times breath \\ = 75m \times 50m \\ = 3750m {}^{2} ......(1)$

Now the area of the circular pond of diameter 35m

Radius of the circular lawn = 35/2m=17.5m

$= \pi \: r {}^{2} \\ = \frac{22}{7} \times (17.5m) {}^{2} \\ = 962.5m {}^{2} ........(2)$

✝ Area of the remaining lawn = area of rectangular lawn - area of circular pond
