solution:-

Let, L be the length of rectangle and B be the breadth rectangle.

By Question:-

We know formula of

=> Area of rectangle = L × B

=> Area of rectangle = 50 × 35

=> Area of rectangle = 1750 m²

=> X = 1750 m²

we know that length and breadth increase by 2.5 m from their both ends.

so,

=> L = 50 + 2.5 + 2.5 = 55 m.

=> B = 35 + 2.5 + 2.5 = 40 m.

We know formula of

=> Area of rectangle + path = L × B

=> Area of rectangle + path

= 55 × 40

=> Area of rectangle + path

= 2200 m²

=> Z = 2200 m²

=> Area of path =( Z ) - ( X )

=> Area of path = 2200 - 1750

=> Area of path = 450 m²

Area of path 450 m².
