______Here's your Answer ______

For the Rectangular Lawn,

Length = 50m

Breadth = 30m

=> Area = l × b

=> Area = 50 × 30

=> A = 1500m^2.

For the path including the Rectangular lawn,

Length = 54m

Breadth = 34m

=> Area = l × b

=> 54 × 34

=> 1836 m^2.

Now,

Area of path = Area of path including lawn - Area of Rectangular lawn

=> 1836 - 1500

=> 336m^2

Area of path = 336m^2.

given\: the \: length \: of \: the \: rectangular \: lawn = l \: = 50m \\ \\ and \: breadth = b = 30m \\ \\ therefore \: area \: of \: rectangular \: lawn \\ = l \times b \\ \\ = 30 \times 50 \\ \\ = 1500 \: m {}^{2} \\ \\ since \: path \: is \: 2 m \: wide \\ \\ therefore \\ \\ length \: of \: the \: rectangle\: including \: lawn \: and \: path \: x \: = length \: of \: rectangular \: lawn \: + 2 \times 2 \\ \\ = 50 + 4 \\ \\ = > x = 54m \\ \\ smilarly \: breadth \: of \: the \: rectangle \: y = 30 + 4 \\ \\ = > y = 34m \\ \\ therefore \: area \: of \: rectangle = \: x \times y \\ \\ = 54 \times 34 \\ \\ = 1836m {}^{2} \\ \\ therefore \: area \: of \: the \: path \: = 1836 - 1500 \\ \\ = 336m {}^{2}
