Reference of Image is in the attachment :

As we can see that Breadth of the Rectangular Paper will be Height of Right Circular Cylinder i.e. 10 cm

Length of the Rectangular Paper will be Circumference of the Base of Right Circular Cylinder i.e. 22 cm

\rule{300}{1}

CALCULATION OF RADIUS :

\longrightarrow\tt Circumference = 2\pi r \\ \\\longrightarrow \tt \cancel{22} = 2 \times \dfrac{ \cancel{22}}{7} \times r \\ \\\longrightarrow \tt 1= 2 \times \dfrac{ 1}{7} \times r \\ \\\longrightarrow \blue{\tt r = \dfrac{7}{2} \:cm}

\rule{300}{2}

CALCULATION OF VOLUME :

\implies \tt Volume = \pi {r}^{2} h \\ \\\implies \tt Volume = \dfrac{22}{7}   \times \dfrac{7}{2} \times\dfrac{7}{2} \times10 \\ \\\implies \tt Volume = 11 \times 7 \times 5 \\ \\\implies  \boxed{\orange{\tt Volume = 385 \:{cm}^{3}}}

Volume of the Cylinder is 385 cm³.

Answer:

\huge\underline\mathfrak{\sf{Answer\::}}

Given:-

● Circumference of cylinder=22 cm

● Height of cylinder = 10 cm

Solution:-

Circumference = 2πr

=> 2πr = 22

=> 2 × 3.1416 × r = 22

=> 6.2832 × r = 22

=> r = 22/6.2832

=> r = 3.5 m

\rule{300}{2}

Volume of cylinder = πr^2h

=> Volume = 3.1416 × (3.5)^2 × 10

=> Volume = 3.1416 × 12.25 × 10 m^3

=> Volume = 384.85 m^3
