A rectangular park has two pathways 4m wide built in it as shown. If the length and breadth of the park are 24m and 16m, find the are taken by the pathway and also the area of the remaining park.

Here is the only screw is that to subtract the intersection point one time as it we added two time while taking the area of both road..
