Area of rectangle = l×b

since path of 3m is made on the boundary of the park

Area of park = 25m×15m = 375m²

So, Area of park with path = (25m + 3m + 3m)×(15m + 3m + 3m)

= 31m × 21m = 651m²

Area of path = Area of park with path - Area of park

= 651m² - 375m² = 276m²
