\bold{ANSWER≈}

Area of park=L×B where L and B are length and breadth of park.

=>L×B=45×30=1350(m)2

area of bigger rectangle including path=>L2×B2=(45+2.5)(30+2.5)

=>47.5×32.5=1543.75(m)2

area of path=1543.75−1350=193.75(m)2

Answer:

Given :-

  • A rectangular park is 45 m long and 30 m wide.

To Find :-

  • What is the rectangular park.

Formula Used :-

\clubsuit Area Of Rectangle Formula :

\small \bigstar \: \: \sf\boxed{\bold{\pink{Area_{(Rectangle)} =\: Length \times Width}}}\: \: \: \bigstar\\

Solution :-

Given :

\mapsto \bf Length_{(Rectangular\: Park)} =\: 45\: m\\

\mapsto \bf Width_{(Rectangular\: Park)} =\: 30\: m\\

According to the question by using the formula we get,

\small \implies \sf\bold{\blue{Area_{(Rectangle)} =\: Length \times Width}}\\

Hence, the area of a rectangular park will be :

\small \implies \bf Area_{(Rectangular\: Park)} =\: Length \times Width\\

\implies \sf Area_{(Rectangular\: Park)} =\: 45\: m \times 30\: m\\

\implies \sf Area_{(Rectangular\: Park)} =\: (45 \times 30)\: m^2\\

\implies \sf Area_{(Rectangular\: Park)} =\: (1350)\: m^2\\

\implies \sf\bold{\red{Area_{(Rectangular\: Park)} =\: 1350\: m^2}}\\

\sf\bold{\purple{\underline{\therefore\: The\: area\: of\: a\: rectangular\: park\: is\: 1350\: m^2\: .}}}\\
