Area of rectangular field = l × b

Area of rectangular field = 90 × 75

Area of rectangular field = 6750 sq.m

A 5 m wide path is constructed that means

90 + 5 m ( rectangular field lenght + path lenght)

75 + 5 m ( rectangular field breadth+path breadt)

Now lenght = 95 m

and breadth = 80 m

area of rectangular field now = l × b

area of rectangular field now = 95 × 80

area of rectangular field now = 7600 sq.m

Area of path = 7200 - 6750

Area of path = 750 sq.m
