area of rectangular park = l × b

= 40 × 30

= 1200m^2

area of square park =

 {120}^{2}  = 14400 {m}^{2}

total area to be developed = area of square park + area of rectangle park

= 1200 + 14400

= 15600 m^2

now , rate of development per m^2 = Rs.560

so, rate of development of 15600 m^2 = 15600 × 560

=Rs.87,36,000
