l=20m,b=15m
r=3.5m
area of rectangular piece=l×b
=20×15

area of rectangular piece=300sqm
now
area of the part which is cut
4×1/4πr×r=πr×r=22/7×3.5×3.5
=22/7×12.25=22×1.75
=38.5sq.m
area of the remaining part
=area of rectangie-area of part which is cut
=300-38.5=262.5sqm
The area of remaining part is 262.5sqm

Step-by-step explanation:

length=20m

breadth=15 m

radius=3.5m

therefore,area of rectangular peace = length× breadth

=20×15

=300m²

area of part cut = π×radii²

= 22/7×3.5²

= 22/7×3.5×3.5

=22×0.5×3.5

=22×1.75

=38.5m²
