The length of rectangle= 20m
the breadth of rectangle= 15 m
The radius of quadrant= 3.5 m

The area of the 1 quadrant = (1/4) π r^2
= (1/4) π 3.5^2
= 9.6211 m^2
The area of 4 quadrants = 4*9.6211 = 38.49m

Area of rectangle= l*b= 20*15= 300m^2

The area of the remaining part= Area of rectangle- Area of 4 quadrants
= 300- 38.49= 261.51 m^2

Hope this helps.
