Area of reactangle=l*b

l of roads =45 / 30

b = 1

area of 1st road = 45*1=45cm^2

2nd road= 30*1=30cm^2

tot area of roads= 45+30=75cm^2

area of ground

l=45  b=30

so area = 45*30=1350cm^2

area of remaining ground= 1350-75=1275cm^2
