Each side should be fenced with four rounds of wire.

∴ length of wire required =4× perimeter of land

perimeter of land =2(l+b)=2(0.7+0.5)

=2.4km

∴ length of wire required =4×2.4=9.6km

∴9.6km length of wire is required to lay 4 rounds of fence.

Answer:

Each side should be fenced with four rounds of wire.

∴ length of wire required =4× perimeter of land

perimeter of land =2(l+b)=2(0.7+0.5)

                                                 =2.4km

∴ length of wire required =4×2.4=9.6km

∴9.6km length of wire is required to lay 4 rounds of fence.
