When the rectangular piece is rolled along its length the the the length became the circumference of the base of cylinder.

If the circumference of the base of cylinder is 44 cm then radius is 7 cm

so the volume of cylinder is :- 22/7×7^2×16 = 2464 cm^3. ➡➡➡answer

Thank you for asking this question. Here is your answer:

We know that the length of the rectangular sheet L = 44 cm

and the breadth of the rectangular sheet B =20 cm

The radius r of the cylinder=circumference of the base of cylinder

=  44 =2x22/7r

44x7/44

r=7

and the height h of the cylinder =20cm

volume of cylinder will be π²h

V=22/7x7x7x20

V=22x7x20

V=3080cm³
