A rectangular piece of paper,44cm long and 16cm broad, is rolled along its length to form a cylinder. What is the radius of the cylinder ? What is its volume?

area of rectangle = 2(L+B)

=2(44+16)

=2(60)

=120cm²

CSA of cylinder= 2×22/7×r×h

2×22/7×r×h= 120cm²

2×22/7×r×44=120

r=120×7/2×22×44
