A rectangular piece of paper has area = 24 cm2 and length = 5 cm. Find its perimeter.​

Answer:

answer=breath×length

24= b×5

b= 24÷5

b= 4.8

perimeter= (l +b)×2

= (5+ 4.8)×2

Solution..

Area of rectangle = 24cm²

Area of rectangle = L x B

24cm ² = 5cm x B

 \frac{24c {m}^{2} }{5cm}  =  > 4.8cm

Breadth = 4.8 cm

Perimeter of rectangle = 2(l + b )

perimeter of rectangle = 2 x ( 5cm + 4.8 cm )

Perimeter of rectangle = 2 x (9.8cm)

Perimeter of rectangle = 19.6cm
