We know,
Circumference of circle = 2πr
22  = 2 × 22/7 × r
2×7/22×2 = r
7/2 = r
Hence, radius = 7/2

We know,
Surface area of cylinder = 2πr² + 2πrh
                                       = 2×22/7×7/2×7/2 + 2×22/7×7/2×10 [given h = 10cm] 
                                       = 22+22*10
                                       = 22+220
                                       = 244 cm²
