Total cost would be Rs. 99000.

Step-by-step explanation:

Since we have given that

Length of rectangular piece = 0.6 km

Width  of rectangular piece = 0.5 km

So, Perimeter of rectangular piece would be

2(l+b)\\\\=2(0.6+0.5)\\\\=2\times 1.1\\\\=2.2\ km

Number of rows in each side = 5

So, Length of wire in rectangular piece would be

5\times 2.2=11\ km

As we know that

1 km =1000 m

Cost of each meter = Rs. 9

So, Total cost would be

9\times 11\times 1000\\\\=Rs.\ 99000

Hence, total cost would be Rs. 99000.
