I think I can help you

Length of plot, a = 200
Breadth of pot, x = 150
Total area of plot = a * x = 200 * 150 = 30000 m2
Now Length of single road , l = length of plot = 200
Breadth of single road , b = 3
Area covered by 3 roads = 3 * l * b = 1800 m2
Now Area covered by shops =  Area covered by plot  - Area covered by 3 roads  = 30000 - 1800 = 28200 m2
Now , rate of constructing roads  = Rs. 225 / m2
Thus total cost of constructing 3 roads = 225 * Area covered by 3 roads = 225 * 1800
= Rs. 405000

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

= Rs. 405000
