⟼ Area of Plot = Length × Breadth

⟼ Area of Plot = 21 × 17

⟼ Area of Plot = 357 m²

and,

⟼ Perimeter of Plot = 2(L + B)

⟼ Perimeter of Plot = 2(21 + 17)

⟼ Perimeter of Plot = 2 × 38

⟼ Perimeter of Plot = 76 m

∴ Area and Perimeter of the rectangular plot are 357 m² and 76 m respectively.
