A rectangular plot is 144m squared in area and it's length is 18m.what is its breadth

Area of rectangle = 144 m²

Length of rectangle = 18 m

We know that , the area of rectangle is given by

 \large \rm \fbox{Area = length × breadth }

Thus ,

144 = 18 × breadth

breadth = 144/18

breadth = 8 m
