A rectangular plot is 60m long and 50m Wide. Two roads parallel to its sides, run
through the centre. The width of the road running parallel to the length is 2m and that of
the other 1.5m. Find the area of the roads and the area of the remaining portion of the
field.

area of plot=60×50=3000m²

area of one road = 1.5×50=75.0m

area of 2nd road = 2×50=100m

3000-75+100=3000-175=2825 m
