Step-by-step explanation:

30m*20m by just looking at the problem.

Length = L, breadth = B.

LB = 600 … (1)

2(L+B)=100 … (2), or

L+B = 50 … (2a)

From (2a), B = 50 - L. Put that in (1) to get,

L(50 - L) = 600, or

50L - L^2 -600 = 0, or

L^2 -50L + 600 = 0, or

(L - 30)(L - 20) = 0

Hence L = 30m and B = 20 m

The plot is 30 m long and 20 m wide.
