The rectangular area about which the wall will be constructed is:
        width w = 22.5 + 2 * 1.5 = 25.5 m
         length = L = 41 + 2 * 1.5 = 44 m
         perimeter = P = 2 (44+25.5) = 139  m

total Length of the wall = P = 139 m
height H = 2 m

Inner surface area = A =  H * P = 278 m^2
