Solution:

Area leveled for Rs.12.50 = 1 sq.m.

Area leveled for Rs.20000 =$\frac{20000}{12.50}=1600 sq.m.$

Length of plot = 50 m

Area of Plot = $Length \times Breadth = 50 \times breadth$

So, $50 \times breadth = 1600$

$Breadth = \frac{1600}{50}$

Breadth =32

Perimeter of plot =2(l+b)=2(50+32)=164 m

Hence The area of plot is 1600 sq.m., Breadth of plot is 32 m and perimeter of plot is 164 m
