Breadth of rec. plot excluding path
=(72+3.5+3.5)m = 79m
Area of rec. plot excluding path =(102×79)m²
=8058m²
Area of path =(8058 - 6840)m²
=1218m²

Cost of construction at ₹80/m²=₹80×1218
=₹97440
Cost of laying grass at ₹40/m²=₹40×8058
=₹322320
