Let the Length of rectangle be = L [l - small L]

and Breadth be = b

Area of Rectangle = l*b

Area of normal rectangle = lb

Increased,

Length = l+10% or l+10/100 = 10L + 1L/10 = 11L/10

Breadth = b+20% or b + 20/100 = 5b + 1b/5 = 6b/5

Area of Increased Rectangle = L*b

= [11L/10] X [6b/5]

= 33/25 Lb

That is 33/25 X Area of regular Rectangle...
