Answer:

length of room = 4m

breadth of room =3m

air contained in the room (volume) = 30m^3

volume of rectangular room = length x breadth x height

30 = 4 x 3 x height

30 = 12 x height

30/12 = height

2.5 = height

height = 2.5

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

Concept:

The concept of the rectangular figure will help us to solve this question.

Given:

The shape of the room is rectangular.The length of th room is 4m and width is 3m .The quantity of the air which is contained in the room is 30m^{3} .

To Find:

We have to find out the room's height.

Solution:

The volume of the air means the volume of the room as because the room contains air.

Multiply the length, width, and height of a rectangular figure to determine its volume. Volume is expressed in terms of cubes.

volume= length \times width \times height

The length of the room is 4m and the  room's width is 3m .

The volume of the room is 30m^{3} .

Now we can write the formula as height=\frac{volume}{length \times width}

Put the values in the above formula to get the value of the height.

height=\frac{volume}{length \times width}=\frac{30}{4 \times 3} =\frac{5}{2}

Now make the value in decimal form.

Therefore the  height will be 2.5m.

The height of the room is 2.5m.
