Step-by-step explanation:

length = 10 m

breadth = 6m

height = 5m

Walls + Ceiling = 2(l+b) x h + l x b

= 2(10+6) x 5 + 10 x 6

= 220 m square

area to be white washed = (area of the ceiling + walls) - (area of 2 door + area of 2 windows)

area of ceiling + wall = 220 m square.

Area of 2 door

area = l x b (for 2 doors)

= 2 x 1.5 x 2

= 6 m square

Area of 2 Windows

Area = l x b (for 2 windows)

=l x b x 2

= 1.8 x 2 x 2

= 7.2 m square

area to be white washed = (220m square) - (6 m square + 7.2 m square)

= 220 m square - 13.2 m square

= 206.8 m square

Cost for white washing = Area x Cost per m square

= 206.8 x 50

= Rs. 10340

Therefore cost for white washing = Rs. 10340
