A rectangular room is 18m long and 12m wide. What will be the cost of covering the floor with carpet having width 4m at rupee 20 per meter?

Length=18
Breadth=12
So,area of rectangle=l×b
18×12
216m^2
Now,width of carpet=4
216÷4
54
So,cost =54×20=1080Rs
