A rectangular room of dimensions 8m*6m*3m is to be painted. If it costs rs 60 per square meter.Find the cost of painting the walls of the room.

Area of rectangle = 2h* l+b

=2 * 3 * 8 + 4

= 6*14

= 84 sq. M

So required cost = 84 * 60 = 5040 rs.
