Answer

30 km² .

 \huge \bf \red{Solution}

Perimeter of a rectangular land = 22 km.

Length of a land = 6 km

Breadth of a land = ?

Perimeter of rectangle = 2(L + B)

 \sf22 = 2(6 + x)

 \sf \: 11 = 6 + x

 \sf11 - 6 = x

 \longrightarrow \quad \qquad \underline{ \boxed{ \bf \: x = 5}}

Now, Area of rectangular land = L × B

 \sf\: Area_{(rectangle)} =( 6 \times 5) {km}^{2}  = 30 {km}^{2}
