So,      2 * pi * r = 44

          2 * 22/7 * r = 44

              r  =  7 Cm

So, now

According to the formula of the cylinder

Volume of the cylinder  =  pi * r^2 * h

                                       =  22/ 7 * 49 * 20

                                       = 440 * 7

                                        =  3080 Cm^3
