When length of a rectangle is rolled to form a cylinder then length is equal to circumference of circle.
Means 44cm = 2* pi*r
=) 2* 22/7 * r = 44cm
=) r = 7cm.
And height is equal to width = 16cm.
Hence r= 7cm and h= 16cm.
Find anything which u will want to find : CSA or TSA or Volume.
Hope it's helpful to u.

Here when you form a rectangle to a cylinder
The length of the rectangle = Height of the Cylinder
Breadth = Circumference of the circle = 2*pie*r
You can find anything what ever you want
