length of the rectangle ,l=12:1/2=12÷1/2=12×2=24cm

breadth of the rectangle, b=10:2/3=10÷2/3=10×3/2=15cm

since, perimeter,p=2(l+b)

p=2(24+15)

p=2×39

p=78cm

now, area, a =l×b

a=24×15

a=360cm²
