Step-by-step explanation:

5 2/3 = 17/3

3 1/5 =16/5

the least common factor of 5 and 3 is 15

So,multiply the first fraction by 5 to get 15

17*5/3*5=85/15

So,multiply the 2nd fraction by 3 to get 15

16*3/5*3 = 48/15

perimeter of rectangle = 2(length + breadth)

= 2 (85/15+48/15)

= 2 (85+48/15)

= 2 (133/15)

= 2*133/15

= 266/15 cm

Hope it helps
