STEP BY STEP EXPLANATION:

area of concrete path = area of swimming pool-area of the new rectangle formed due to path

=(52×27) - (45×20)

=1404 - 900

=504 sqm.

cost of laying the path=504×25

=12600 rs.

Step-by-step explanation:

Area= length ×breadth

45×20=900square metre

Length of concrete path = 3.5m

Area of concrete path = 3.5×3.5=12.25 square meters

Concrete path required = area of floor÷area of one concrete path

=900/12.25

=73.46

=73
