Outer dimensions will be (15 + 2a) and (10 + 2a)

Now,

Outer Perimeter = 66

=> 2 ( 15 + 2a + 10 + 2a) = 66

=> 4a + 25 = 33

=> 4a = 8

=> a = 2

Width of concrete path = 2 m
