Answer:

Given Information:-

  • Length of the table cloth = \tt{2 \ metre \ 50 \ cm}

= \tt{200 \ cm \ + \ 50 \ cm}

(We have to convert them at first in centimeters as breadth is given in cm. We have written 200 cm in place of 2 metres because, 2 × 100 cm = 200 cm)

= \tt{250 \ cm}

  • Breadth of the table cloth = \tt{60 \ cm}
  • Figure of the table cloth = Rectangle

To Find:-

Area of lace to be used in making 4 such table cloth.

_______...

We know,

Area of Rectangle:-

\boxed{\large\tt{l \times b \ {(unit)}^{2}}}

(where,

  1. l = Length
  2. b = Breadth)

Hence, Area of one table cloth:

\tt{250 \times 60 \ {cm}^{2}}

(Formation of Equation as per the above formula)

\tt{=15000 \ {cm}^{2}}

(Multipled the length and breadth and the result is 15000 cm²)

NOW,

Finding it's actual answer:-

Hence,

\tt{15000 \ {cm}^{2} \times 4}

(As we have to find the area/lace of 4 cloths)

\boxed{\large\tt\green{=60000 \ {cm}^{2}}}

\boxed{\text{ANSWER}}

_____________...

REQUIRED ANSWER:-

Therefore, \boxed{\large\sf\green{60000 \ {cm}^{2}}} lace is required make such 4 table cloths.
