A rectangular tank, 25 cm long and 24 cm wide is empty. A metallic ball of

3600 cm is placed in it. Water is then poured into the tank to a depth of 18 cm
to
cover the ball completely. Find the depth of water after the ball is removed.​

Given that,

one face rests on bottom of rank

Depth of water =5cm

Edge of cube =10cm

So, powered water must cover that 5cm

So, volume of water required

=

1000

25×20×5

L

=2.5L
