firstly multiply 28 x 20× 12 and then find its volume and then convert is 0.78 litre into cubic centimetres by dividing 0.78 by thousand the value obtained after dividing 0.78 by thousands and then subtract it from volume you obtained of rectangle and then convert into metre by dividing it by hundred and then convert into millimetre by multiplying it by1000

Volume of the tank = 28 x 18 x 12 = 6048 cm³
1,000 cm³ = 1 liter
1 cm³ = 1/1000 liter
6048 cm³ = 6048/1000 = 6.048 liters

0.78 liter of water is removed.
Water left = 6.048 - 0.78 = 5.268 liters
1 liter = 10,00,000 mm³
5.268 liters = 5.268 x 10,00,00 mm³ = 52,68,000 mm³

Therefore volume of water left = 52,68,000 mm³
