the volume is 0.24 m^2 that is 240 litres.

if 96 litres of water is poured out then the water remained is (240 - 96) litres = 144

So now the volume is 80cm*60cm*xcm = 144 litres

=> 4800xcm^3 = 144 litres

=> x = (144/4.8) litres

=> x = 30 cm
