Volume of the rectangular tank= 3x³-15x+18x

Volume of cuboid= l×b×h

So,

3x×(x-2)×h= 3x³-15x+18x

Height:

3x³-15x+18x

______________

3x×(x-2)

= 3x(x²-5+6)

______________

3x(x-2)

= 3x (x²+1)

______________

3x (x-2)

= x²+1

_______

x-2

Height of rectangular tank= x²+1

_____

x-2
